★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 守衛さんが親切でした。高齢者でしたが、高齢者だからこそ親切だったような気がします。いろいろな企業の守衛さんと接してきましたが、気持ちよく仕事を終わらせて帰路に着くことができました。
守衛さんはコマツとは関係ないのかもしれませんが、最初の接点、窓口になってしまう守衛と言う立場は、非常にその企業に対するファーストインスピレーションに大きく影響すると感じました。そういった意味でよい企業訪問になりました。
The guard was kind. I was an elderly person, but I feel that I was kind because I was an elderly person. I have been in contact with guards from various companies, but I was able to finish my work comfortably and get home.
The guard may not have anything to do with Komatsu, but I felt that the first point of contact, a guard who would be the point of contact, would greatly affect the company's first inspiration. It was a good company visit in that sense.
