d	d miyou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場とめにくい。おばさんばっかりでケチくさい。今日出す書類でコピーだけ忘れてたのをお願いしたら断られた。他の銀行で断られたことなんかないのに不親切。問い合わせで質問の電話した時もつっけんどんにできません、しか言わなくて説明も不十分。納得理解できなくて結局岡山本店まで電話し直しました。対応がどうかと思う人間ばかりです。他の口コミにあった、お釣り返しに家まで来るとか普通です。一円合わないと自分たちが帰れないから今日解決したいだけなんでここが特別親切なわけじゃありません。 Parking lot is difficult to close. I can not make it to the point when I call a question by inquiry, I will only say it and the explanation is insufficient. I could not understand the conviction and eventually called up Okayama main store again. It is only human who thinks correspondence. There were other reviews, it is common to come back home for a fishing return. Because we can not go back unless we match one yen, we do not want to be here because we just want to settle it today.
小	小林幸紀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆうちょ銀行の通帳を作りに行きましたが私には身に覚えの無い口座が有る為口座開設出来ず。！！身に覚えの無い口座の情報を教えて貰おうとしたらナント「個人情報なので一切お答え出来ません」との担当者の答えでしたが本人がマイナンバーカードを提示してるのに「教えられません」の１点張りで身に覚えの無い口座情報教えて貰えませんでした。（個人情報なのに本人が知る事が出来無いのは可笑しく無いですか。？？） I went to make a passbook for Japan Post Bank, but I couldn't open an account because I had an account I didn't remember. !! !! When I tried to get information about an account I didn't remember, the person in charge answered, "I can't answer at all because it's personal information." I couldn't tell you the account information that I don't remember because of the one point. (Isn't it funny that the person cannot know the personal information ???)
