D	DEYANEN NAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は今年の5月頃から横浜シミズさんで主にサッカーや野球の試合の運営担当としてアルバイトを始めました。1週間前までにその週の自分の予定を提出し、空いている日に本社側からバイトを依頼されます。当日になり決められた集合場所に行くとそこで当日の配置・担当が発表され業務が始まります。それぞれの配置についたあとはチーフという主な指示を出してくれる男の人たちの指示に従います。もちろん業務中に試合を見ていたりスマホを見ているときつく注意されます。私が違和感に感じたのは、チーフの行動です。私たちが試合を見ていたりスマホを見ていると厳しく叱るのに対し、チーフ自身は配置がない場所に堂々と立ち試合を観戦していたり、有名な選手がバスなどで入ってくると必要以上のチーフが集まり近くで選手を見ていたり、休憩時間でもないのに人通りが少ない場所でスマホを見ていたり、業務中に女性従業員の容姿をバカにするようなことを影で口にしていたり、売店で働く高齢従業員を｢じじい｣や「ばばあ」と裏で呼んでいたりといった行為が度々見られました。勘違いして欲しくないのは、このような行為を行っているのはチーフの中の1部に過ぎないということです。ほとんどのチーフは適切な行動・指示を行ってくれていますが中にはこのような方もいます。業務内容に関してはさまざまな人と交流できたり、プロチームの試合運営に関わり沢山のファンサポーターの方にご来場いただき楽しんで帰っていただけることを目の当たりにできること、またプロチームに貢献できることにとてもやりがいを感じられる素晴らしい仕事だと思います。ぜひご検討ください。 From around May of this year, I started a part-time job at Yokohama Shimizu, mainly as a manager of soccer and baseball games.
