The attitude is so bad that the receptionist and the checkout always laugh. I had an accident and was lucky enough to have a mild illness, but the pain has not disappeared completely. You may have forgotten to say it by chance, but there are times when there is no word "Please take care" that other people are saying at the end of rehabilitation or at the time of accounting. It was mild and you think it was a false illness (laughs) Even when I was surprised at rehabilitation and asked to attach an electric device, I asked him here, but he said, "Where was that? Here?" .. The doctor in charge tries to finish the examination quickly according to the word of mouth, so it is best to prepare what you want to hear and say in advance and roll it up before leaving. I'm indebted to you, so I'd like to deal with it politely, but I don't feel like doing anything, so I'd like you to take a more decent response. I don't want to be taken care of again after the accident visit.

It's the worst. First of all, maybe because there are many patients, he doesn't explain how the teacher was, and he talks about it as if it's a hassle. It was said that inflammation was occurring, so what should I do? I've heard that inflammation can occur if the burden is applied. I was just laughed at. Even though the teacher is talking to the patient, the nurse calls the teacher openly from the neighbor and does not talk. I can't even ask what I want to hear. The quality of the nurses is also poor. It was a hospital that didn't feel any kindness.

When I visited for the first visit, I had to wait a long time. A young receptionist woman did something like an interview, I have an ear disease, so when I listen back I'm in a bad mood so even if I tell you that After that, I received a very unpleasant response. I'm very excited because the doctor's examination has started and I'm seeing so many patients alone. Before the examination, I saw the questionnaire and was told that it might be in a very bad condition. I made an MRI appointment, injected it, and was given a corset around my neck, all of which cost nearly 10,000 yen. Bring a DVD of the MRI results at the next visit When you ask what time you should come A numbered ticket was distributed here at 12 o'clock and it was said that the examination would start at 14:30. As I was told, if I went at 12 o'clock, it was the 4th, and I was told to come at 14:30, so when I went at that time, the number 37 was already called. When I said, "I was number 4," he was scolded, "I'm in trouble if I don't come at 14:15." I had a medical examination right away, but am I always a hatena? was. Medical examination started and diagnosed as "cervical hernia" It will be handled by injection, corset and medicine. After the injection, the pain remains as much as the corona vaccine for about 2 days, so this time when I said that it would interfere with my work the next day, I was told that I didn't have to do it, and I was prescribed the medicine and finished. The good point is that the only orthopedic surgery so far has been rehabilitation, and I haven't done much in-depth treatment such as taking an MRI or giving an injection, so I'm glad that I could understand my current situation. However, I have to go to 12:00 and come back at 14:15 for a day, so I will look for another place.

I came to the hospital with my wife. It's no longer a matter of paternalism. Doctors study and work far more than we do. Because I knew that, I thought I couldn't complain no matter what attitude I took. But this is not the case. What do you think the patient is? Also, about the nurses here. Why can I say the chart information in a loud voice even though there are other patients? People tend to be grateful because they are close to the patient, but are you misunderstanding that you have become a god? Because of this time, I would like you to keep the image of medical care.

In August, Dr. Nomura had surgery on both knees. Since I was a child, both patellas are prone to dislocation, and if subluxation continues and the pain persists, I went to a nearby orthopedic clinic to prescribe painkillers and compresses and worked. (It seems that treatment is not possible in particular) Meanwhile, I dislocated again in May, and when I investigated it, I found out that Dr. Nomura was being treated for patellar dislocation. I had my doctor see me and said that it was better to have surgery, so I had both knees operated at the same time. I was worried about the post-surgery because of the operation using the artificial tendon on the left side of both knees and the autologous tendon on the left side. rice field. I had them rehabilitate every day, and after being hospitalized for about 3 weeks, I was able to walk out of the hospital. After leaving the hospital, there was no outpatient rehabilitation, and I continued the rehabilitation devised by the teacher and the rehabilitation that I was instructed during hospitalization, and now I have returned to work. At the regular consultation, the cartilage on the left seemed to be rattling, and the teacher also said that it was a difficult operation, but now there is no fear of dislocation of the knee, and with my daughter so that it will be even better. I would like to continue doing rehabilitation and muscle training so that I can run. There are many patients in the clinic, and I think the teachers are busy, but they can answer questions well, and they will examine you with a gentle tone and a smile. I'm glad to see the teacher (^-^)

Visited with ankle sprain + α I was surprised at the large number of patients. Anyway, in the clinic where speed is life, it is thoroughly manualized and assembly line work. There are a lot of clerks and nurses who can work, so I think it's going well. Everyone is moving around. I was prepared to wait for a few hours, but I was called without waiting for 10 minutes, probably because of my first visit. About half of the space is like a rebirth, so there may not be many medical examinations. X-ray immediately after confirming the painful part without being asked much by the doctor When it was found that there was no abnormality in the bone, the next measure was taken. Conversation is the minimum necessary. I think it's good for people who don't want to see it in the long run, but who just want to heal this injury in a single shot. There is a toilet near the entrance inside, and when you open the door, there are 1 each for boys and girls Two TVs are playing different programs. If you go by car, you can come to the hospital barrier-free from the parking lot on the 2nd floor. Shopping is easy at the summit below, and parking tickets are free for up to 5 hours if you bring them to the service counter of the summit. Saturday only in the morning Basically, I will be taken care of here.

I have been living in Japan for 11 years and all of the hospitals we been to, the doctors were very nice. However, the doctor in this clinic can be described in one word; rude. I do not recommend this clinic at all to anyone. When you enter the room, the nurse asks you several simple questions and then tells it to the doctor by herself. When the doctor comes next to you, all he does is tell what he is suppose to say as a doctor such as "Here is your medicine for 2 weeks." When I tried to explain my problems, all he did was interrupt and not listen. This made me furious as a patient because the doctor did not listen to our problems, and did not answers my questions about my sickness. He was the rudest doctor I have ever met. Also, he is the only doctor at that clinic which makes it even worse considering that you cannot go to another doctor. If anyone is having problem with their back, bone or any other orthopedic problem, I do not recommend this doctor at all. I have been to many other hospitals and this is the worst one ever.

Having lived in Japan for 5 years, I have undergone many health check-ups at different hospitals. My parents occasionally come to Japan for work, so I have taken them to several Japanese hospitals for medical check-up, too. I can confirm one thing: this clinic is absolutely the worst place I have ever been to in Japan. I recently visited this clinic after suffering a serious knee injury during a football (soccer) game. Speaking fluent Japanese, I was confident in describing my symptoms at the reception desk. There were a lot of patients, but most of them were over 60. I thought having so many patients meant the clinic was popular, but I was wrong. The doctor only spent 30 seconds checking my knee before ordering an X-ray. What's worse? He wasn't even talking to me, in fact he was talking to a nearby nurse in Japanese: "what's wrong with this guy? Knee injury?". He started shaking my knee a few times and disappeared before I even had the chance to ask any questions. After the X-ray, I had another 30-second consultation session with him. He described the obvious things on the X-ray image, and concluded that I had a knee inflammation. He ordered me to have some pain-killer injected directly into my knee. I rejected the injection, and took the X-ray images to another clinic. It later turned out that I had partly torn my knee ligament. A message to this clinic: I know your staff are busy trying to serve so many patients, but keeping your patients healthy and happy and being responsible for their well-being must be your main target, not the money. If you're lacking manpower, hire more staff please.
