★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの上に伸びる電波塔という外観デザインは、スマホが誕生する前、かつて主流であった折りたたまないストレートタイプの携帯電話から伸びるアンテナをイメージしてつくられたもので、みなとみらい地区の象徴的な建物の一つです（設計：株式会社NTTファシリティーズ ）。この電波塔には、NTTドコモとNTT東日本が利用するマイクロ無線用アンテナがたくさん付いています。
この他、建物1階のテナントとして、ドラッグストアのハックドラッグが入っています。
The exterior design of the radio tower that extends above the building was created in the image of an antenna that extends from a straight type unfoldable mobile phone that was once the mainstream before the birth of smartphones. One (design: NTT Facilities Inc.). This radio tower has many micro wireless antennas used by NTT Docomo and NTT East.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当ビル内オフィスで勤務時のことです。館内遺失物の届けを入り口カウンターの警備員兼任？受付嬢のかたに（防災センタ警備の方の）指示通り提出に伺った際のことですが、まるで汚物を見るような顔を歪めた甚だ遺憾な対応を受けました。また遺失物についてですが、紛失した場所にもよるのでしょうがこのビル内の公共スペース部分で紛失したものはほぼ戻ってこないようです。防災センタの男性警備の方がとても親身に対応してくださった姿と受付嬢との対比が印象深かったです。

Regarding lost items, it seems that most of the lost items in the public space inside this building will not come back, depending on where they were lost. I was impressed by the contrast between the male security guard at the disaster prevention center who was very kind to me and the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜メディアタワーは、横浜MM21地区の中央に建てられたNTTグループのインテリジェントビルで、地上高約100mの超高層ビルの上に、高さ約150mの通信用タワーを搭載しています。そしてこの通信用のタワーは遠くからでも目立ちます。タワーの近くに寄ると上を見上げるくらい圧倒的な存在感ですが、遠くからでは青空の中にシュッとまっすぐ空に向かって伸びる姿は印象的です。ついつい写真のフレームに納めたくなってしまう建造物mの1つです。また霧の多い日などは、先端の部分だけ出ていたりなど、幻想的な雰囲気の時もあります。
The Yokohama Media Tower is an intelligent building of the NTT Group built in the center of the Yokohama MM21 area. A communication tower with a height of about 150 m is mounted on a skyscraper with a height of about 100 m above the ground. And this tower for communication stands out even from a distance. When you get close to the tower, it has an overwhelming presence that looks up, but from a distance, it is impressive that it stretches straight into the blue sky. It is one of the buildings m that makes you want to put it in the frame of the photo. Also, on a foggy day, there are times when the atmosphere is fantastic, with only the tip protruding.

一階は当初デザイナーズ家具店でしたが現在はドラックストアのHAC。
オフィスビルですがランドマーク的な目印として分かり易い。
It is a building where the very high antenna tower of NTT docomo towers.
The first floor was originally a designer furniture store, but is now a drugstore HAC.
Although it is an office building, it is easy to understand as a landmark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner, you need to travel to the BayBike office before you can get a Felicia card and then you can rent any BayBike bicycle you see along the way. Map provided at the office to tell you where are the stands. Problem was finding the bicycle stands. (Wish the map was a little better). Once you are at the bicycle stand, sufficient bicycles are usually there. Good to cycle around the Minato Mirai area and a few metro stations around it too. Encountered quite a lot of "No cycling" signs along the area too.
