今回は縁あってこの横濱文明堂の「極上金かすてら」をいただく事にしました。

今まで食べたカステラの中で1番美味しい！と言えるお味でした！
1番の魅力はこの濃厚なカステラ味！
不純な物が一切なく、カステラの味を極限まで凝縮したような甘さです！
そして、このフワフワもちもちな生地が味を最大限に引き出してくれます！
この生地が口の中でゆっくり溶けていき、至上の甘さが口の中いっぱいに広がっていきます！
この味に辿り着くまでに沢山の試行錯誤、長い年月がかかった事でしょう。
何万回か、、何十年か、、

ラゾーナ1階の食品フロア。ということでアクセスは良い。
しかし食品フロアは非常に広く、初めて行く場合、探すのが少し難しい。
看板が少しわかりづらいので、「横濱文明堂」ではなく、もう「極上金かすてら」と大きく掲示した方が分かりやすいと思う。
