言葉遣いがとにかく冷たく、精神科に掛かっている人間に対しての対応としてはありえない部類だと思いました。
これから新規で通われようと思っている方は、お近くに違う病院がある場合はこちらに通われるのはやめておくことをオススメいたします。

対応が適当すぎるし、挙げ句の果てには話も聞かず秒で診察終わらせて薬の処方箋すら出さずに金だけ取られることも。

こんな受付では、先生がどんなに優秀でも病院の評価は良くならないね

理由として、新患受付は予約がいつになるかわからないと言われました。普通は、まず1回診てから、次の予約が取りにくいと言うならまだ理解できます。紹介状があるのに、断られたのは初めてです。それなら、ホームページに現在、新患受付はしていない旨を記載すべきです。それは義務だと思います。こちらとしては、藁にもすがる思いで電話してるのに…。
電話対応も最低です。精神科、心療内科のクリニックとして、色々な意味で最低だと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いなほクリニックさんにお世話になる以前は、どこの心療内科へ行っても大量の薬を処方されるだけで、10年以上、症状の改善はなかった。
しかし、いなほクリニックさんにお世話になるようになってからは薬も減った上に症状も安定し、お陰様でここ10年以上もの間、思うように日常生活を送れている。感謝しかない。
