鉄板で調理してました。野菜炒めの良い匂いにお好み焼きは生地に紅生姜のみじん切りが入っているのですが量が丁度いい感じのアクセントになって、更に焼き加減が絶妙で卵の黄身がトロリと出てきます。
豚肉、イカ、エビなどの具材の大きさ量も丁度良かった。
It is usually delicious.
I cooked it on an iron plate. Okonomiyaki has a nice scent of stir-fried vegetables, and the dough contains chopped pickled ginger, but the amount is just the right accent, and the roasting is exquisite and the egg yolk comes out with a trolley.
The size and amount of ingredients such as pork, squid, and shrimp were just right.
