★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's small but worth the stop of you are walking down Mizuki Shigeru Road. If the water starts flowing I'm the fountain the red eye starts spinning which is pretty cool. Make sure you get some water from the well and take a photo with the prepositioned photo stand when you visit!
