★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run, obviously. I was starving and walked in asked if they serve sushi. They said yes. I sat down and I probably got the most traditional Japanese meal in my life. It was different yes. But, that's because I'm Canadian. Was an experiance for sure. Loved it. Oh the wash room was great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in a lesser-traveled area of Tokyo. They do not speak English, however, they care very much about your experience there. The chef was very attentive to my likes and dislikes, and shaped the meal accordingly. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. If you want an authentic sushi meal, try it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at this traditional japanese family-held restaurant of more than 45 years. The chef did not speak much english but was very caring of our preferences. Very authentic, high-quality, seasonal, delicious sushi. Hidden gem in the heart of Asakusa.
