今まで切り盛りしていたおっちゃんに代わり、現在では奥様が切り盛りをしています。
10年が経ち、店の内装はかなり変わっていましたが、ラーメンの味はあの時のままで、懐かしい味がしました。
今回は特製ラーメンをチョイス。
野菜を混ぜた特製の麺とのことで、緑色をしていますが、麺自体の味は普通の麺と同じなような気がします。(スープは醤油となります。)
手打ちの太麺ですので、この辺りで食べられるのは珍しいかなと思います。
初めての方は醤油ラーメンとかのポピュラーなものが良いかもです。
駐車場は2-3台が限界かなと思うので、お車でお越しの際には気をつけてください。(段差があります。)

The noodles are specially made with vegetables and have a green color, but the taste of the noodles themselves is similar to that of ordinary noodles. (The soup is soy sauce.)
It's handmade thick noodles, so I think it's rare to eat around here.
If you are new to this, you may want to try something popular such as soy sauce ramen.
I think the parking lot is limited to 2-3 cars, so please be careful when arriving by car. (There is a step.)
