★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社に突然解雇されこちらの監督署に相談しました。会社に聞き取り調査してくれたのですが会社側は（解雇した事実は無い）と回答。そうしたら監督署から言われたことは、（解雇したという事実が無いとのことなのでこれ以上はこちらはなにもできません）と言われ愕然としました。なんかめんどくさいのか会社側の主張を全面的に受け入れ調査無し。そして監督署は（個人同士で話し合って納得いかない場合は裁判するしかないですね）と丸投げされました。監督署って何の為にあるんでしょうか？
