★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのスタッフはみなさんすごく感じが良いです。お客の身になって考えてくれます。特にピットに居る方たちはプロ意識が高く親切に説明してくれます。ディーラーよりもずっとレベルの高いサービスを受けられました。冬用タイヤに交換してもらいましたが、取り外した夏用タイヤにタイヤ位置をシールして袋詰めしてくれたのは初めてだったので感動しました。ディーラーでははずしっぱなしでむき出しでした。価格もディーラーはもちろん他店よりも安くてすごいです。応援したくなるお店です。
The staff here are very nice. He / she thinks as a customer. Especially those who are in the pit are highly professional and kindly explain. The service was much higher than the dealership. I exchanged it with a winter tire, but I was impressed because it was the first time that I removed the summer tire and sealed it in a bag. The dealer left it untouched. The price is also cheaper and amazing than other dealers. It is a shop that you want to support.

レジにいた女性スタッフがすぐ対応してくれて「寒いから中でお待ちください」
と言ってくれました。若いのにと言ったら失礼かもしれないですが、その気遣いに感動しましたしこのお店は皆さんそういう気遣いをしてくれるお店ですが、その女性の雰囲気と笑顔に大変ほっこりとした気持ちで帰る事ができました。またお世話になります。

He told me. It may be rude to say that you are young, but I was impressed by that care and this shop is a shop that cares about such people, but I return with a very warm feeling to the atmosphere and smile of the woman I was able to do that. I will take care again.

しかも、交換終了の連絡を2時間忘れて頂き、貴重な休日の時間を無駄遣いさせて頂き、とても勉強になりました。
２度行きません。
I didn't know that it would take 3 hours to change the oil even if I made an online reservation.
What's more, I forgot to contact the end of the exchange for 2 hours, wasting valuable holiday time, and it was a great learning experience.
I won't go twice.
