★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行中に慣れない小道で歩道のレンガ花壇にタイヤを擦らせてしまい…。初めてJAFに助けて頂きました。たまたま同じタイヤがあり即交換してくれました。高い出費でしたが、怪我ないだけでも丸儲けと、嫁さんの言葉に救われました。前厄のお祓いのお陰様ですかね。
I rubbed my tires on the brick flowerbed on the sidewalk on a path I wasn't used to while traveling. JAF helped me for the first time. I happened to have the same tire and he replaced it immediately. It was a high expense, but my wife's words saved me that I could make a whole lot of money just by not getting injured. Is it because of the exorcism of the former evil?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何しろピットのメンバー全員の接遇が素晴らしすぎる。一般的に何処のカー用品店もその傾向は有るんだけど、ココは数段上だね。作業中でも、その待たせ方に、ヒトとしての良心さえ感じてるよ。忙しいと目に入っても知らん振りがフツーだよね。それも仕方ない事だよね。でも、ココは違うよ。きちんとお客様の方を向いて話を聞いて、次の対応を案内してくれるよ。YellowHatは割とそう云うお店が多い感じだね。その中でもピカイチだと思うよ。
店内の接客はフツー。

「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」などがちゃんと聞こえる様に言ってくれるから、また行きたいです。
後、少し斜めに停めてある車(コーティングしてある車)は、斜め停めしない方がィィと思いますよ。
邪魔です。
