ラ	ラッパーザキバチョフ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前レンタカーで利用しましたが皆さんも書かれている通り本当に店員の対応が最悪。店頭の男性の対応が特にひどかった。二度と行かない。少し距離ありますけどオートバックス行かれることをオススメします。 I used to rent a car before, but as you can see, the clerk's response is really the worst. The response of men in the store was particularly terrible. I will never go again. There is a little distance, but I recommend going to AUTOBACS.

川	川瀬吉弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年末31日、朝イチで買い物に行った時に不注意にて新車の左前輪をバ─ストしてしまいました。初めてのバ─スト体験でしたが今の車はスペアタイヤが搭載されておらずパンク応急セットも使える状態でなかった為アルミホイールを傷つけないように一番近いこちらのお店に行きました。開店前でしたが開店準備中のスタッフに話をしたらタイヤの在庫と値段を調べてくれ即決し交換をお願いしました。みぞれまじりの雪が降るなか開店前にも関わらず店内で待たして頂き作業も開店10分前には始まり開店10分後には作業終了しました。作業者からきちんと説明を受けたのも高評価ですね！わずか1本のタイヤ交換にここまでの対応は自分としてはすごく嬉しく思いました。又機会があれば利用したいと思います❗ On the 31st of the end of last year, when I went shopping in the morning, I inadvertently burst the left front wheel of my new car.
