★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修中の方にタイヤ交換依頼手続きをしてもらったが なんだか 上からの対応で 少し不愉快だった。
客だからと言って 低姿勢で対応してもらおうかと 思ってないが 気分を害する対応は、やめてほしい。
一部の人の為に店のイメージが悪くなるから これから勉強してくれると うれしく思います。
その他の対応は、満足でした。
I asked a person during the training to request a tire change, but it was a little unpleasant because of the response from above.
I'm not thinking that I would like you to respond with a low attitude just because you are a customer, but I would like you to stop responding that is offensive.
The image of the store will be bad for some people, so I hope you will study from now on.
Other responses were satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽自動車なのにオイル代だけで3500円以上しました。量り売りのオイルで一番安いオイルです。オイル交換に関してはイオン横のイエローハットのほうが明らかに安かったです。同じイエローハットでも店舗によって扱っているオイルが違うとのことで1000円以上高くて残念。店員さんも笑顔は全くのゼロ。ダルそうな対応でやる気ない態度なのが明らか。ここはもう来ないかも。
Even though it is a light car, it cost more than 3,500 yen just for the oil. It is the cheapest oil sold by weight. Regarding the oil change, the yellow hat next to Aeon was obviously cheaper. It's a pity that the same yellow hat costs more than 1000 yen because the oils handled by each store are different. The clerk also has no smile at all.
