猫	猫スプ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナビの取り付け不備でやり直して貰いました。ピット長の仕事は丁寧な仕事でしたが、開始前の説明に1時間を予定してます。作業時間は1時間40分前日担当した責任者は不在で、他の人が担当しましたが遅れても知らん顔不具合の件で、こっちは時間潰してるのに気遣いも出来ない…イエローハットの管理体制がわかりますね。此方から出向いて、半日時間を潰してお詫びにティッシュ３箱(笑)←過去最低の対応普通に謝罪だけの方が誠意が感じるわこの店で取り付けする時には「作業はピット長でお願いします」他の従業員はナビの取り付けも出来ない素人みたいなんで(笑) 工賃21,600円+更に無駄に２回も休み潰して自分で取り付けすれば良かったと物凄く後悔しましたよ。スバルのディ―ラ―でリコール(エアバッグ)の作業をした時に「ナビの取り付け綺麗にしてますね」ピット長の仕事は評価出来たから星２次回作業する事があったらピット長のみでお願いします！鶴〇さん大変雑な作業して頂きありがとうございました。他の店舗に行ったみたいですが、お客に迷惑掛けるからもう一度整備士の学校で１から学んでから復職する事をオススメしますよ！貴方のせいで鴨川店の評価を下げました I had you try again due to improper installation of the navigation system.
