★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前と比べるとだんだん寂しくなってきてます。今は魚次ぐしかお客さんはいません。飲食店すらランチタイムでもあまりお客さんはいません。メイン通りの反対側の商店街は栄えているのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い昔の公団の商店街。ここの肉屋の焼鳥は本当に美味しいし。近くにあるもう一軒の肉屋の焼き鳥なんて足元にも及ばないと、私は思う。
An old old public corporation shopping street. The butcher's yakitori here is really delicious. I don't think the yakitori of another butcher shop nearby is as good as your feet.

駅前の個人のお店が並ぶ商店街としては頑張ってるという印象です。
商店街というと、このご時世ですんで、大型ショッピングモールに人を奪われてシャッター街と化したところも多いと思いますけど、ここは小規模スーパーや八百屋の方が安かったり、良い生鮮食品が売っていて…。
またパン屋や食べるとこも割とあって、内科や歯科など各種クリニックもあり、整骨院などもあって、チェーン店もあって、生活するには困らない感じですね。
津田沼など繁華街への公共機関でのアクセスが良いのも理由かもしれません。
