また一部で敬語を使えなかったり、上から目線の社員も何人かいた。
一度上に報告をし、その場では真摯に対応していただいたが、その後現場のレベルは改善されることはなかった。
お客の命に関わる大事な業務と言っておきながらも研修はいい加減。
人を育てる能力がなく、それを放棄してる会社。
呆れて物が言えなかった。
