どうした方が良いのかイマイチ分からない状況でしたが、担当した福田さんが丁寧に色々とセットメニューをご提案してくれ、ただ長くダラダラやるのでは無く限られた時間の中でその凝りに合わせたマッサージが何とも絶妙❗️
ガチガチに凝り固まった自分の身体も完璧では無いまでも凄い楽になりました。
一度では無理なので定期的に通うようにします。

また、指圧ではなく手のひらで押したり擦ったり肘かな？やってもらったが弱すぎて話にならなかった コリが酷い私には全く聞かなかった 意味がない
