★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまお寿司が食べたくなり予約。気さくな女将さんと人柄の良さがにじみ出ている大将のお店。ワサビは握る直前に剃られるんでフルーティーかつ柑橘系に似た香りがするお寿司が楽しめる。柔らかいタコの握りはツメが塗ってあり甘く、肉厚なヒラメの握りはしっかり熟成されていて甘みが強い。頼む握りすべてに工夫があり何を食べても楽しい。
高級店のような張り詰めた空気はなく、地域の愛されたお寿司屋さんという感じなので、変に緊張もせず肩肘張らずにお寿司を楽しめる（トイレに大将のゴルフコンペ優勝の賞状が貼ってあるのが良いのだ）。それにも関わらず料理に関しては文句なし。
フグの免許も持ち合わせる大将は生簀のフグも捌いてくれる。そのヒレ酒はまた格別だろう（あいにく車で来たので頼めなかった）。
とにかく神戸に来たら帰りは、必ずここに寄りたい素敵な寿司屋さんです。

It doesn't have the tense atmosphere of a high-class restaurant, and it feels like a sushi restaurant loved by the community, so you can enjoy sushi without being nervous and without having to stretch your shoulders. It is good to have it). Nevertheless, there are no complaints about cooking.
The general who also has a puffer fish license will handle the puffer fish in the cage. The fin liquor would be exceptional again (unfortunately I came by car so I couldn't ask).
Anyway, when you come to Kobe, you will definitely want to visit this wonderful sushi restaurant on your way home.
