軽ワゴン一部改造更に軽フルトレーラーも同時に買い手を見つけて頂き感謝です
中々、他の買取り店では買取りしてくれないトレーラーも引き受けて頂いたので多少買取り金額が安くても店舗の方達の対応が非常に良かったので大変満足120%です

We are grateful for finding a buyer for the light wagon partly modified and the light full trailer at the same time.
In the meantime, we also accepted the trailer that the other shops did not buy, so even if the purchase price was a little cheap, the shop owners were very good and we are very satisfied 120%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車が向こうの不手際で遅くなった。
納車の際にバッテリー交換してもらうサービスを受けましたが、一年も経たずに要交換になりました。
実際バッテリーにはいつ交換したのか分かるよう日時を書くはずなのですが、何も書いてありませんでした。本当に交換されていたのかも分かりません。
信用はあまり出来ない気がします。
The delivery was delayed because of a bad work over there.
I received a service to have the battery replaced when the vehicle was delivered, but it had to be replaced within a year.
Actually, I should write the date and time on the battery so that I can tell when I changed it, but I didn't write anything. I don't know if it was really exchanged.
I don't think I can trust much.

この車には1万円すらも価値がないのか？と思い他ディーラーに持っていくと普通に数十万つけてくださいました。
どういうことなんでしょうかね？笑
車に関する知識があまり無い方、そして知識のない女性が1人で行くとカモにされる可能性があるので気をつけてください。

購入希望の車を見つけ、早速問い合わせ。
翌日に返信あり。(素早い対応で良いと思います)『在庫あり、他にも問い合わせあるから早めの検討を』との事でしたのですぐに購入の意思を
返信。
しかしここからが酷かったです。
一向に返事が来ず、焦りを感じてもう一度問い合わせ。
さらに無視され、HPの問い合わせ先リンクより再三の問い合わせ。
これも無視。。
とても欲しい車だったのでまずいと思い、すぐに契約交わせる様に現金を用意した上で直接店舗へ。(片道300km)

☆1も付けたく無い会社ですが、その対応を頂いた方がとても低姿勢で謝罪いただき、それに対して☆+1です。
話した感じだと問い合わせは店舗ではなく本社？本店？の管理みたい。
幾つも店舗お持ちでしたらしっかりと管理しないといけませんね。
接客、品質など高評価があって期待しただけに裏切られたのは大きいです。
非常に残念な会社です。
