★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1,2階で電話の声が聞こえるくらい床が薄い。動物の鳴き声が特にひどい。部屋は湿気がこもり結露とカビが酷いです。壁や天井の壁紙も次第に亀裂が入ります。わかりやすい欠陥住宅です。共有スペースは一向に掃除されず電球も切れたまま。管理会社がずさんなのでしょう。
 The floor is so thin that you can hear the telephone on the 1st and 2nd floors. The sounds of animals are especially bad. The room is damp and the condensation and mold are bad. Wallpapers on walls and ceilings will gradually crack. It is an easy-to-understand defective house. The shared space is not cleaned at all, and the light bulb remains burned out. The management company is sloppy.
