 I went to the Citizen's Division to renew my number card digital certificate. It took only 5 minutes with the proper guidance of the staff. The staff are all kind and polite.

ボールペンをその都度交換する程度みたい…
The staff's response was very good and the explanation was easy to understand, but unfortunately there was no hand sanitizer at the doorway.
It's like changing the ballpoint pen each time ...
