出汁入りのたこ焼きで、ソースやマヨネーズなど一切付けないのが特徴ですね。
まさに京都といったあっさりして上品な味がします。
冬には玉こんにゃくや、あんかけたこ焼きなどのメニューも登場します。

このまま50mも進むと「さざなみ緑道」と
八幡八景の一つ「安居橋」があるので景色の良いそちらで食べるのをオススメします。

出汁が効いてない粉モノを食べる時に使うくらい。
口コミ見てて、気になってたので、開店日に近くに寄った時に購入して、自宅にていただきました。
自宅でいただいた印象はフワプリなたこ焼きで、ちゃんとタコも入って、美味しいたこ焼き。
これは焼きたての食感が気になります。
次回はお店で食べたいなぁ。
