★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那市で開催された「泡フェス」に出展された際に飲んだオリジナルハイボールの味が忘れられず、飯田観光の際に伺いました。伊那市民が宿泊を伴い飯田を観光するってなかなかないですからね、なかなか新鮮でした。
料理ですが、旬の食材を丁寧に調理をされます。通年、同じメニューを出すその辺の居酒屋とは一線を画す料理屋さんです。夏には夏の美味しいものを、冬には冬に美味しいものを食べれるのが幸せです。メニューにはないですが、泡フェスで頂いたオリジナルハイボールも頼めました。
コロナ禍で大変な状況ですが、一日も早く飲食店に賑わいが戻ることを祈っています。
I couldn't forget the taste of the original highball I drank when I was exhibited at the "Awa Fes" held in Ina City, so I visited it when I was sightseeing in Iida. It's hard for Ina citizens to go sightseeing in Iida with accommodation, so it was quite fresh.
Although it is a dish, seasonal ingredients are carefully cooked. It is a restaurant that is different from the izakaya in the area that offers the same menu all year round. I am happy to be able to eat delicious food in summer in summer and delicious food in winter in winter. Although it is not on the menu, I ordered the original highball that I got at the bubble festival.
It is a difficult situation due to the corona disaster, but I hope that the restaurant will return to the bustle as soon as possible.
