I visited at the Kenpoku Art Festival. The exhibits were great, but the structure of the building was interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久慈川の川石を採取に出掛けました。上流部の石は灰色と黒っぽい二色模様などの特徴的なものが拾えますが、この辺りは灰色単色でであまり面白味は有りませんでした。
一山越えた那珂川は、全く異なった石が拾えます。岩盤や地層が異なるのでしょうか？
下流の地域ではメノウが取れる場所があるようなので、改めて行ってみようと思います。
川原は草が中々に茂っていて遊ぶような場所では無い感じ。

I went out to collect river stones from the Kuji River. The stones in the upper part can be picked up with distinctive features such as a gray and black bicolor pattern, but this area was a single gray color and was not very interesting.
A completely different stone can be picked up on the Naka River that crosses one mountain. Are the rocks and strata different?
There seems to be a place where agate can be obtained in the downstream area, so I will try again.
Kawahara is not a place where you can play with grass.
Is it a catch ball in the park?
