★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オムツ交換、時間割では朝９時のあと午後５時。その間、ナースコールで交換して貰えるとの事だが、なかなか取り替えにきてもらえない。夕食は午後６時で、その前にオムツを汚した場合、取り替えてスッキリしてご飯を食べたいが、配膳やら他の入所者の食事の準備で、交換は夜間交換の午後８時過ぎ。本人はひたすら我慢。お尻も爛れて赤くなり排便の度に痛がる。訴えると、忙しくて手が足りないと言う。便を着けたまま過ごさなければならないのかと、悲しくなる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吸引器をいきなり鼻に差し込み祖父が｢痛い！｣と痛みで顔が真っ赤になりながら訴えたら無言で抜くだけ。｢大丈夫？｣の一言も無し。それどころか冷たい対応をされました。
そして痛みでむせてしまって｢背中を叩いて｣とお願いしても、ただ突っ立っているだけ。
骨折してしまっているのでどうしても食事がゆっくりになってしまい疲れて休憩していると｢食べないのね｣と言って途中だと言っても構わずお膳を持っていきます。
中には優しい方がいらっしゃるのは分かるのですが、特に、お年を召した女性が温かみのない対応をなさっていました。
患者さんに冷たい対応をする所に御家族を預けたくない方＆面会時間の朝から夜まで付き添えない方にはおすすめ出来ません。
