★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若いときから毛が多くて大変な私、ここのYさんにいつも決まってお願いしています。初めて行ったときに、とても扱いやすい髪型にしてくれたので通い続けています。
今日は初めての（顔だけは知っている）お兄さんが髪をぬらしてくれましたが（シャンプーは家で済ませた）、その後のマッサージもとても上手でした。
沖縄っぽいワイルドな男性ですが、優しくてとても感じの良い方でした。
他にも数店舗あるようですが、スタッフの教育が良い店なのだと思います。

写真を見せ、ヘアアクセサリー持ち込み可とのことで持ち込み。
初めて行くところなので難しいアレンジは避け、どんな美容院でも比較的同じように仕上がるような髪型を選びましたが、仕上がりは全く違うどころか自分でやった方がマシだと思いました。
持ち込んだヘアアクセサリーの使い方も理解していない。全てが写真と同じにならないことはわかっていますが、それを差し引いても綺麗にセットされているわけでもない。巻き方も左右非対称。今風でもない。
再現できそうにないなら最初に言っていただきたかったです。
修正をお願いしても結局軌道修正できず時間も迫り、そもそも今のトレンドのセットというのができていないように感じました。
なんのためにわざわざお金を出してヘアセットを頼んでいるかご理解いただきたいです。大切な日だったのに髪型は台無しでした。
この仕事はプロとしてどうかと思います。トレンドの髪型のアレンジ法を勉強された方がいいかと。2度と行きません。接客もタメ口で驚きました。
