s	syouju yoshida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりした精肉店です。とてもアットホームです。ホルモンの種類は多くはないですが、たまに入るマメを求めて訪問しています。２０年ほど前にこのお店のおばちゃんが珍しいと紹介してくれたマメですが、他のお店では見たことがないマメだったのを覚えています。レバーやセンマイの塊を買い、友人の家で無茶なぶつ切りにして焼かせてもらいました。当時は生レバーも食べられたので、新鮮なレバーを安く買わせてもらっていました。大通り沿いの姉妹店よりも雰囲気はあると思います。 This is a small butcher shop. j	jill44d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めっきりこの辺りは通りません。近くにある3本で5500円で有名な松倉メガネ矢田店へいくときに「ホルモン」の文字が見えて、帰りに寄ろう！と思い、正面の看板を見ると北大谷やないかい！巷では美味しい精肉店で、杭全のほうだと店内飲食ができます。とはいえ、わたしもなかなか行く機会もなく、何十年も前の子供のころに精肉店で購入して家で食べるくらいしか記憶になくて。ハラミアカセンレバーこころたれ（辛口）を購入。その場で量り売りでカットしてくれます！どれもおいしかったけど、特に美味しかったのがアカセン！これ塩コショウでめっちゃおいしい！しかも100g200円とめちゃ安い。本当はミノサンドが食べたかったけど売り切れで「アカセンオススメかな～」とおっちゃんに言われたので購入して正解でした！しっかり歯ごたえあってジューシーなあぶらで。これはまたすぐにでもリピートしたい。 ※写真のお皿が実家感あってすみませんたれもおいしかった！市販のでもいいけど、やっぱりお肉屋さんで買うのがおいしいよね。なかなか行けない距離だけどまた食べたいなー。杭全のほうの店舗にも行ってみたいな。 Plating This area does not pass.
