度々、披露宴の内容を変更することがありましたが、快く引き受けてくださり、良い結婚式にしましょうねといつも声をかけてくださいました。休日も対応していただき、本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たくさんのブライダルサロンなどの資料請求をしたのですが、その時にYASUNAGAさんを見つけて、話を聞いてみたら凄く良かったので、即決でした。まだ打ち合わせ段階ですが、色んな提案を出してもらって結婚式がすごく楽しみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このような情勢の中で結婚式を挙げることができました。担当スタッフ川崎様がとても熱心で絶対いい式にしましょう！！という熱意が伝わってきて、しっかり考えてくれてるなぁ〜と嬉しくなりました。たくさん担当を抱えていらっしゃるのに、手を抜いている感じは全くなく、ひとつひとつ丁寧でとても安心感があります。
休みの日でも遅くでもご連絡くださるので、申し訳なくなりましたが、前日までバタバタのわたしたちの場合はとても助かりました。
また提携先のヘアメイク様、衣装屋様が当日自分たちのケータイで写真撮ってくれたり、フォローしてくださりとても助かりました！
ほんとうに感謝です。ありがとうございました。
会場様にプランナー様がいろいろ聞いてくれたり交渉してくださるので、交渉苦手な方はヤスナガ様にお願いしてもいいかなと思います。

Even though I have a lot of people in charge, I don't feel like I'm cutting corners at all, and each one is polite and very reassuring.
I'm sorry to hear from you on holidays or late, but it was very helpful for us until the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3ヶ月の準備期間でバタバタでしたが、プランナーの川崎さんが休みの日まで連絡を返してくださったり、私たちのやりたい事を最大限に出来る様に一緒に考えて下さいました?
コロナの時期でいつも以上に大変な事があったかもしれません。私が泣きながら電話を川崎さんにすると自分の事のように泣きながら相談に乗って下さいました。ラスト1週間で準備物が増えたりバタバタでしたが当日は本当に挙げて良かったと思える結婚式になり、プランナーが川崎さんで本当に良かったです！
