★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初め買うのは2年後ぐらいのつもりで、見学会へいきました。担当された酒井さんがとてもいいお方で、この方から購入したいと思い、何回も話をききました。ある日、いいモデルハウスがあるからぜひと言われ、見学に行くと、注文住宅並みの家の中がおしゃれで、壁の色も何箇所か違い、フローリングも気持ち良くて、浴室乾燥機、食洗機もあり、おまけに庭、ベランダが広い！車は3台停められて外水道まで！言う事なしで購入しました。忙しいのに一つ一つ丁寧に答えてくださり、酒井さんから購入できて幸せでした！家もとっても気に入っています。

There is also a machine, and the garden and veranda are large! Three cars are parked to the outside water supply! I bought it without saying anything. Even though I was busy, he answered politely one by one, and I was happy to be able to purchase from Mr. Sakai! I really like the house.

ベテランっぽい営業さんに対応してもらいましたが話が分かりやすくてついついたくさん質問しちゃいました！
対応良かったです！

元々、ネットでたまたま発見した施工例の間取りがとても気に入ったので話を聞きに行ったのですが、限られた土地のサイズの中にあれも入れたい、これもしたいというこちらの要望をすべて叶えてくれた完璧な間取りを考えて頂けました。
営業、設計、工事、どの部門の担当さんも親身に話を聞いてくださったり、アイデアを提案してくださりました。ここで家を建ててよかったと堂々と言える仕事をして頂けました。

He explained me very carefully from the first time I visited, and immediately decided to build a house here.
Originally, I went to listen to the story because I really liked the floor plan of the construction example that I happened to find on the net, but I fulfilled all of these requests that I want to put it in the limited land size and also want to do this. You could think of the perfect floor plan for me.
The people in charge of sales, design, construction, etc. kindly listened to me and suggested ideas. You did a job that you can say that you are glad you built a house here.
