二度と利用しない。

こちらにも不手際があったことは認めますが、余計な一言があり、人の苛立ちスイッチを押すのが得意。
電話して「担当から折り返します」と言って1時間以上経っても折り返しなし。忙しいのかもしれないが、それなら何時頃に折り返すと伝えてくれればいいものを、ずっと放置。
仕方ないのでカスタマーに電話して知りたい事を聞かせて頂きました。
代理店だからか知りませんけど、客対応の仕方を学び直した方がいいと思いますね。

Call and say “I ’ll call you back” and it wo n’t return even after 1 hour. Maybe I'm busy, but if that's the case, let me know what time I'll tell you when I'll wrap it up.
I could n’t help but call the customer and told me what I wanted to know.
I don't know if it's an agency, but I think it's better to re-learn how to deal with customers.
