★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が稚拙。特に大きなトラブルはないが、言葉遣い含め言動や電話対応、店の雰囲気（がやがやとしていたりバックグラウンドの業務連絡の会話が丸聞こえ、またその会話の言葉遣いの汚いこと）などは、さすが街の小さな不動産といったところ。丁寧で品格のある対応は見込めません。今回は駐車場利用での取引だったのでまだ良いですが、住宅など大きな規模のものを任せるには不安があります。。。
