★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉の店頭へ出すタイミングをきちんと計っているお店と思います。個人的な意見ですが、牛ハラミはここのが最高。一般のスーパーとは若干の値段の違いもあるでしょうが、全く味が違うのは、きちんと出すタイミングや処理の知識の違いと思います。
ショーケース内のパン粉のついた加工品も揚げてもらえるのでとてもうれしいお店です。
I think it is a store that measures the timing of putting meat at the store. In my opinion, beef halami is the best here. There may be a slight difference in price from general supermarkets, but I think the difference in taste is the difference in timing and processing knowledge.
It is a very nice shop because you can also fried bread crumbs in the showcase.

そこで今日はここでコロッケとヒレカツを買ってみました。
びっくり。コロッケが大きくてホクホクでほんとに美味しい！
それ以上にヒレカツが肉！って噛み応えと味で大満足！ヒレカツはもう毎晩でも食べたいですね。
のざかのほうがはるかに名店でした！

I was surprised. The croquette is big and fluffy and really delicious!
More than that, the pork cutlet is meat! I am very satisfied with the chewy texture and taste! I want to eat pork cutlet every night.
Nozaka was far more famous!
