S	Shiro, Ph.D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安来でケーキ屋さんと言われれば真っ先に浮かぶ名店。生まれ育った故郷にあるお店で、小学生の時(30年ほど前)に新しいケーキ屋さんとして田舎道を自転車こいで行った記憶があります。最近は子どもたちの七五三(安来では「紐落とし」)で帰るたび、お祝いでモントローネさんのデコレーションケーキを利用させてもらっています。キャラクターをあしらったものも対応してくださるのでgood。長女の時は、テレビ東京のローカル番組のキャラをお願いしたので、ちょっとだけてんやわんや。ケーキは、柔らかくふわふわでしっかり卵の効いたスポンジに、甘すぎず繊細な生クリームがのっておいしいです。フルーツもしっかりとおいしいですが、はじめての人にもやっぱりスポンジとクリームが特に素晴らしいと言われます。次はいつ口にできるかな。楽しみです。 When you think of a cake shop in Yasugi, it's the first famous shop to come to mind. Recently, every time I go home with the children's Shichigosan (“string drop” in Yasugi), I use Montrone's decoration cake as a celebration. It's good because it also supports characters. When I was the eldest daughter, I asked for a character from a local program on TV TOKYO, so I'm a little nervous. The cake is delicious with a soft, fluffy and firm egg sponge on which delicate fresh cream is placed without being too sweet. The fruits are also delicious, but even first-timers say that sponges and creams are especially wonderful. When can I say it next time? I'm looking forward to it.
