★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野州大塚駅ではかつては券売機が設置されていたが、一部時間帯無人化により券売機は撤去され、駅員がいる時間なら乗車券を購入できるが、手書きでの対応のため自動改札機を通れない、Suica・PASMOなどのICカードも利用可能だが、チャージについては窓口非対応のようです。
野州大塚駅では特急券も手書きで発行ししかも時間もかかります。
