#特製ラーメン 名古屋市北区黒川に有ります、ラーメン専門店 『陽龍』へ初訪問しました?‍♂️ 黒川と言えば、名古屋発祥のカレーうどんのルーツとなるお店に訪問したことが有り、なんとも歴史を感じる町で有りますが、久し振りに3月に黒川で老舗のカレーうどんを食べてレビューした際にマイレビさんから、子供の頃から食べていた老舗のラーメン屋が有るとのお薦め情報を聞いてBMしていました。 しばらくすると、マイレビさんから、『5月31日(2日後)に閉店します』と、LINEあり‼️ これは大変だとビックリしましたが、流石にその日までには訪問叶わないなと諦めていたところ、閉店が時短営業のお知らせだったとの事で、一安心? それから、またコロナ緊急事態宣言が怒涛のように繰り返されて、最近ようやく第五波が収まりかけたとある日に思い経ち、初訪問しました☺️ お店は、1972年創業☆ 京都第一旭を系譜とする、親戚筋の暖簾分け店の模様☆ 大将は今も健在ながら、息子さんがそろそろ親父さんが続けていくのも大変かと思い後を継ぐ決心をされた様で、老舗にありがちな後継問題は当分無さそう。 緊急事態宣言明けの平日の夜でも、ご近所さんと思われる方々の訪問で賑わっておりました♪ お店の外からは、何とも歴史を感じるスープ炊きの匂いにソソラレながら暖簾を潜ると、色鮮やかな赤白のカウンターに痺れながら、奥には先客が見えましたので、入り口側奥のカウンターへ着席☆ 頭上に掲げられたメニュー表を見ると、何ともシルプルなラーメンとライスのみ‼️ 最近の個人ラーメン店のメニューの多さに慣れてると、シンプルなメニュー構成を見ると、如何にそのラーメンが愛されてるのかをひしひしと感じます? ◯特製ラーメン  ¥950 肉だくな特製ラーメンを大将にオーダーすると、『麺大盛りになりますが良いですか❓の問いに、久し振りに食べる麺大盛りに少し躊躇しましたが、チャーシューも食べたかった為、すかさず特製でOKの返事をして待ちます♪ 厨房に目をやると、息子さんと大将の2オペ営業で、醤油ダレを丼に入れて、羽釜からスープを取り、平ザルで湯切りした麺を入れて、手際良くチャーシューを盛り付けて着丼です‼️ 厨房側からカウンター越しに、丼を目の前までおろしてくれるので、最初に緊張する丼の受け渡しもなくスムーズにラーメンが食べられます☺️ まずはそのまま麺を啜ると、濃厚な醤油スープの色合いとは裏腹に何ともシンプルで優しい口当たり? 清湯に多少の油が浮いてるものの、脂身の少ない薄切りチャーシューも合わせてアッサリ系☆ 麺はかん水少なめ、ざっくりとした小麦の味わいのするストレート中細麺☆ 丼を覆い尽くすチャーシューと麺とスープを食べ進めるうちに、アッサリながらもチャーシューからの❓ コクを感じるラーメンに舌鼓を打ちながら、卓上に置いてある調味料の誘惑に勝てずに投入開始‼️ 先ずは胡椒からと思い振りかけると、何とも黒い粒が目立つなと思いながら食べると、昔ながらの中華そば店に有る胡椒ではなくて、スパイスの効いた黒胡椒♪ シンプルに旨いラーメンに刺激的な旨さが加わり、さらに箸が進みます‼️ その後に、刻み唐辛子を2掬い投入すると、辛旨スープに早変わりで、此方も美味しい味変☆ 久し振りの大盛りでしたが、チャーシューと麺量のバランスが良いので、苦もなく完食(´∀`)♪ 流石に調味料を入れすぎたスープは完飲出来ませんでしたが、満腹感有り有りで、久し振りの老舗ラーメンを食べて感無量でした?✨ 食べ終わり、入口近くの壁に目をやると、あの『閉店いたします。』の張り紙を見つけましたが、慌てることなく、全文読むと、『10月17日まで夜8時に閉店いたします。』と有りましたので、夜訪問される方はお間違い無く(笑) ご馳走さまでした?‍♂️

特製ラーメンを注文しました。 スープはスッキリした味わいの中にクセの無い牛のダシが出てる美味しいスープになります。 麺はストレート麺でスープと絡んで相性が良かったです。 具材はチャーシューとモヤシ、ネギになります、チャーシューは牛で歯応えと食べごたえと旨味が良く出てるので美味しかったです。 昔ながらのラーメン屋さんで最近の計算されたラーメンとは違う美味しさがある懐かしい味のラーメンでした、お店もちゃんとしたお店なのでまた機会がありましたら伺いたくなります。

20210930ランチで初来店。駐車場がお店の南側に、二台は止めれるのを確認。店内はカウンターのみで10席ほど。メニューもシンプルでラーメンも一種類のみ。特製ラーメン950円を注文。 たっぷりのスープに埋め尽くされた小さめのチャーシューは薄いのにしっかりした食べ応え。脂身も少なく幾つでも食べられるお肉。麺はストレートで少し太目でつるつると喉越しが良く旨し❗ スープは最近の所謂洗礼されたスープではないが、昔ながらの飽きのこない懐かしい味。ネギやモヤシがアクセントになり塩味も程よく、胡椒や一味が良く合う。ラーメン大盛りが特製ラーメンとお兄さんが教えてくれたが、どちらかと言うとチャーシュー麺なのかな?普通のラーメンを、食べて無いのでわからないが麺の量は普通に感じた。 量で言うとラーメンとライスがバランス良いかも。また来ます。

土曜日の午後3時頃に伺いました。 食事時ではないので、すんなりと車を停めて座ることが出来ました。 それでも店内には数人のお客さんがいて、その後も途切れることなく人の出入りがあったので、昼や夜の食事時はものすごく混むんだろうなぁと思いました。 メニューは、チャーシュー麺か肉なしの、普通サイズが大盛り、そしてライスのみ。つまりほぼ1種類!迷わなくていいです(笑) カウンターに座り、ラーメン(チャーシュー麺)とビール、連れは特製ラーメン(チャーシュー麺の大盛り)を注文。 ビールにはお新香が添えられていてちょっと嬉しい。 ラーメンは驚くほど大量のスープが盛られていて、びっくりしました。 具は、ネギともやしとチャーシューのみのごくシンプルなラーメン。 味も、最初は薄い!?と思うくらいのあっさりとした醤油味。 食べ進めるとこれがちょうどいい気がしてくるからちょっと不思議(笑) あっさりした昔懐かしい醤油ラーメンが食べたい方にはピッタリなお店だと思います。

Shouyu base ramen. Taste is light. A bit expensive for the basic ramen being ¥880 (2018) . Bowl of rice is ¥130. Friendly old couple. Wondering how many more years this shop will be in operation if nobody takes over current owners work.

Simple, cheap, but great tasting ramen. The base is a thin stock which is quite weak, but the helpings are generous and there’s spices and pepper at the table to suit your taste. Service is fast and friendly and drinks are kept filled. The place is very popular at lunch, so expect a wait at busy times.
