★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不手際で荷物が別の場所に行っており、届かなかった件に対して何時間も待って電話が来ましたが、テンプレート式の謝罪でがっかりでした。
スタッフの方が仕分けをしていることで間違いが起こることはあるのは分かっています。しかし、明日届けるのでや、人が仕分けをしていますからとか、機械があればそんなことにはならなかったとのこと。
1日を無駄にしたうえ、頼んでいた物を使用する予定だったのに使用できなかったです。

iijmioは「発送した」クロネコヤマトのサポートは「伝票番号未登録だから受けていない」でどうしようもなく藁にもすがる思いで電話しました。
事情を説明すると電話口の女性が業務外にも関わらず対応していただき、無事荷物の状態などかわかりました。
本当に丁寧に対応していただき感謝しかありません。
