★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 矢島駅の駅員の年配男性職員の応対が不快でした。コロナ渦でも応援しようと遠方より本当に楽しみにして訪問しましたが、一日が台無しになりました。再訪はないですね。この鉄道をメインとして訪ねることは絶対にお薦めしません。
 The reception of the elderly male staff of the station staff at Yashima station was unpleasant. I was really looking forward to visiting from afar to support the Corona Vortex, but the day was ruined. There will be no revisit. We definitely do not recommend visiting this railroad as the main.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田出張の際の週末に由利本荘市内からランニングで訪問しました。鳥海山の登山口も兼ねていて趣のある良い駅でした。駅の構内に燕もいて穏やかな良い気分になれました。
I visited from the city of Yurihonjo by running on the weekend of my business trip to Akita. It was a good station with a taste as it doubles as the starting point for Mt. Chokai. There was a swallow in the yard of the station and I felt a calm and good feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百合高原鉄道のなかよしこよし号に乗車しました。こちらは、1両編成のかわいらしい電車です。
車内には、いろいろな木のおもちゃもありとても楽しめる作りになっています。
車窓からの景色も素晴らしく、美しい田園や雄大な鳥海山を見ながらのんびりと過ごせます。
今では、珍しい紙の切符も懐かしいいはいお土産になりました。
I got on the Nakayoshi Koyoshi train of the Yuri Kogen Railway. This is a cute 1-car train.
There are various wooden toys in the car, making it very enjoyable.
The view from the train window is also wonderful, and you can spend a relaxing time while looking at the beautiful countryside and the magnificent Mt. Chokai.
Nowadays, rare paper tickets are nostalgic and yes souvenirs.
