★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藤里町では昔から馬肉が特産で有名だったようですが現在では白神マイタケ・白神ラム肉・白神山地ワイン(赤)が特産として名乗りを上げて比内地鶏の肥育も増えているようです。特に白神ラム肉は藤里町町営牧場で育てられたイギリス原産サフォーク種で白神ラムは多品種と交雑のない単一血統として飼育され幻の羊とか天使の羊と呼ばれることがあるようです。町内ではホテルゆとりあ藤里や農家レストランサンフォーク白神で提供されているようですが町内で手に入れた冷凍肉のセットは焼くと柔らかく・弾力があり・臭みがほとんどなく美味しく頂くことができました。お試しあれ。
