三条に住みついて２０有余年。幾度となく通り過ぎていた酒屋さん。
「真陵・至」と言えば、佐渡にある３酒造の中でもっとも小さい逸見酒造の日本酒。新潟市周辺でも取り扱いが少なく、手っ取り早くは、寿司の弁慶くらいでしか呑めない希少酒。まさか三条で購入できるとは！と折を見て入店。
扱っていた品は、以前口にしたことがある「真陵・至」の純米酒。旧新潟市内の日本酒に似た味わいで、例えるなら、淡麗旨口。甘くなくクセもなく、ついつい飲み過ぎてしまう系。日本酒を嗜むきっかけとして、もっとも薦めやすい。これを機会に「至」シリーズを追いかけてみたい。
なお、日本酒では越乃景虎の品揃えが豊富。また、意外にもマイナーなフランス産ワイン・スパークリングワインも取り揃えていたので、そちらも試してみたい。

Speaking of "Shinryo / To", Henmi Sake Brewery's sake is the smallest of the three sake breweries in Sado. It is a rare sake that is rarely handled around Niigata City, and can only be swallowed by Benkei sushi. No way you can buy it at Sanjo! I entered the store when I saw it.
The item I was dealing with was "Shinryo Toshi" Junmaishu, which I had eaten before. It has a taste similar to that of sake in the old Niigata city. It's not sweet and has no habit, and it's a system that you just drink too much. It is the easiest to recommend as an opportunity to enjoy sake. I would like to take this opportunity to chase after the "To" series.
In addition, there is a wide selection of sake from Koshino Keitora. We also had a surprisingly minor French wine and sparkling wine, so I would like to try that as well.
