★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホルモン定食をいただいてきました。柔らかなモツとニンニクの効いた甘辛いタレでした。店員の女の子が愛想が良くて良かったです。
I've had a hormone set meal. It was a sweet and spicy sauce with soft peach and garlic. I'm glad that the clerk girl was so friendly.

こちらのお店がヒットしたのでいっちゃいました(*´∀｀)

これよこれ(^^)でも本当に辛い、これは汗がとまらない(*´∀｀)
レンゲの他にひき肉を拾う別レンゲまで
ついており、工夫も旨味調味料の一つですね(^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神龍の中華そば、四川担々麺、半チャーハン、美味しかったです。スープは豚骨と鶏ガラベースにショウガ等の香味野菜と節系の旨味を感じる優しいスープです。麺は地元の立川製麺の中太麺で、モチモチ感が最高です。立川製麺の麺、やっぱり美味しいです。チャーシューはやや薄目の味付けですが、肉の旨味がしっかり感じられます。担々麺は、チンゲン菜が一口サイズにカットされ食べやすくなっています。ゴマの風味とラー油の辛味が食欲をかきたてます。半チャーハンは、やや油が多めですが、薄目の味付けでラーメンとの相性がバッチリです。おすすめです。
