★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暑くなってきてエアコンをつけたらエアコンの効きが落ちていて急きょクリーニングをお願いしました。短時間でキレイにお掃除してもらえ設定温度を以前より上げても涼しくなっているのには驚き、おまけに嫌な匂いも消えていました！お掃除の効果がこんなにあるとは思わなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯槽のクリーニングを依頼しましたが、裏側のみしか作業頂けず、カビが残ったままの状態で帰られました。
施工後の写真を添付します。
その事を指摘すると「サービス範囲内です」の一点張りでした。
そもそも裏側のみを清掃対象とするとはホームページに記載はなく、逆にサービス範囲内としている洗濯パンについては清掃せずに帰られました。
こちらが手抜き工事を指摘すると、他の業者を探してください、と逆上されて本当に悲しくなりました。
手抜き工事云々もそうですが、何よりカビが生えたままの洗濯機を最後に取り付けて作業を終えようとする心理心情が、プロフェッショナルとはかけ離れていたのが非常に残念でした。

最初の電話での対応が好印象、また当日も清潔感のあるお二人でした。
お手入れのタイミング等もきちんと説明がありました。
エアコンは、キレイになったのはもちろんクリーニング前より温度設定は高めなのに冷える様になって…びっくりです。
価格も他より安く出来たし、作業もスムーズでしたのでこちらにお願いして良かったです。
次回もお願いしたいのと、紹介割引もあるそうなので友達にもおすすめしたいと思います。

几帳面な父は、定期的に洗濯槽クリーナーを行っていたので、そこまで汚れはないのではと考えておりました。
しかし、清掃前の洗濯槽を丸ごと分解して中を確認させてもらいましたが、ひどい汚れに驚愕しました。今までの洗濯槽クリーナーは全く意味がないとわかりました。これで服を洗濯していたかと思うと気持ち悪いくらいです。
清掃後は、新品のように輝いている洗濯槽や洗濯機本体をみて本当にスッキリしました！
また、最後まで、丁寧に動作確認や後片付けまで行っていただき本当に好感がもてました。
また他の所もやっていただこうと思います。
