★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日はお世話になった方への品物を探しに来ました。他の店舗もスタッフさんは親切で利用しやすいお店です。
早々に探しものは見つかりました。ペットボトルのお茶の箱とおやつに決めたのですが、使える台車が見つからず? 四五日前から腰の辺りが痛くて重いものが持てなくて スタッフさんを探して運んでもらいました。レジで会計する間も下ろす事なく持ち続け、会計後は一緒に買ったおやつまで持って車まで運んでいただきました。ありがとうございました。
やっぱり、親切で明るいスタッフさんのいるお店 会社なんだなあと思ったのでした。 これからもお世話になります。よろしくお願いします。

I found what I was looking for early. I decided to use a tea box for a PET bottle and a snack, but I couldn't find a dolly that I could use. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショートカットの背の高く化粧の濃いきつい女性店員の接客は問題だと思う。挨拶もない、挙げ句の果てには、積みおろし、積み込みは車のトランクドアが開いているのに、車の前で突っ立って、人が戻ってくるまでやらない。その時間があるんだったらいろいろ仕事できるでしょうに。
接客をしたいのか、嫌がらせをしたいのか。
ケースや商品の、積み込みや積み下ろしを客にやらせたいのなら、そうしたサービスを提供しない店と掲示すればよいのに。
いずれにせよ不快な接し方はいただけない。
I think the customer service of a female clerk who is tall and has a strong make-up is a problem. There is no greeting, and at the end of the phrase, loading and unloading is done until the car's trunk door is open, but I stand in front of the car and people come back. If I had that time, I would be able to do various jobs.
Do you want to serve customers or harass them?
If you want your customers to load and unload cases and merchandise, you can post it as a store that doesn't offer such services.
In any case, there is no unpleasant way of dealing with it.

土曜日とあって店内は混雑してました。
PM2時半にいったら駐車場は満車でした。
包装をおねがいしてから、丁寧な対応が良かったです！
会計もスムーズで良かったです！
年末になると今日よりも大変混雑するだろうから、早めに買い物をするのが良いかとおもいます。
