お魚の定食を食べることが多いのですが
味付けがサイコー！
品数も多くて幸せなランチです！
Lunch is reasonable and very delicious. It is a restaurant where you can eat hearty and loving rice. It is also kind that you can drink coffee for 100 yen when you eat lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回目かわからない仙台旅行で今までやったことないことをやろうと思いこちらのなでしこカフェさんでずんだ餅作りの体験をさせていただきました。餅は予め準備してあるものの、ずんだをすり鉢で潰すところからスタート。これが意外に難しく（豆が楕円形のため、潰そうとすると滑って逃げる）、また力がかなりいるので上腕二頭筋のトレーニングになります。砂糖は自分のお好みで。甘党の私は用意された分すべて使いました。こうしてできたずんだ餅は、市販のものとはまた違う美味しさ。というか市販のものより美味しいかも！？（そうなる様に砂糖は予め計測して頂いているのですが）
その場で食べきれない分は箱詰めしてお持ち帰りさせてくれます。体験料1650円（箱代別途100円）で30分強で手っ取り早く体験できるので、とてもオススメ。
I decided to do something I had never done before on my trip to Sendai, which I don't know how many times, so I had the experience of making zunda mochi at this Nadeshiko Cafe. Although the mochi is prepared in advance, it starts from crushing the zunda in a mortar. This is surprisingly difficult (because the beans are oval, they slip and run away when you try to crush them), and they have a lot of power to train your biceps. Sugar is your choice. As a sweet tooth, I used all the prepared amount. The zunda mochi made in this way has a different taste than the ones on the market. Or maybe it's better than the one on the market! ?? (I have you measure the sugar in advance so that it will happen)
If you can't eat it on the spot, we will pack it in a box and take it home. The experience fee is 1650 yen (100 yen for the box fee) and you can experience it quickly in just over 30 minutes, so it is highly recommended.
