相	相沢かえで on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家を建てるときに『最低限度、何が必要なのか』を学ぶには十分な場所で、体系立てて学ぶことができる。とりあえずここでいろいろ聞いて覚えてから、他のハウスメーカーの話を聞いたり資料を見たりすると、頭の中が混乱したりすることなく、各社の特徴を、より正しく把握できるようになると思う。家づくりの『予習』『復習』をしたいときに役立った。デザインが割と画一的で選択肢も少ないけれど、だからこそ「必要十分なスペックを割安に供給できる」というのが、一条工務店の肝なのだと思う。とりあえず、家を建てるかどうか迷ってる系の男子は全員ここで『予習』してみたらいいと思う。とにもかくにも、知的好奇心を満たすにはうってつけの場所。個人的に面白いと感じた展示は…… ①壁と柱と窓の断熱性能を数字で相対比較できる（＝ので内断熱でも十分な断熱性能が出せるのだと理解できる）よう工夫された展示パネル ②熱交換付き換気システムの構造をカットモデルで公開 ③防音性能・遮熱性能を正しく体感できる展示物 ④気密性能確保のための「気密ライン」を構成する部材のカットモデル展示など。諸事情により建て替えは断念して、中古住宅探しに切り替えたので、ここのお世話になることはなかったけれど……もし建て替え計画がそのまま生きていれば、間違いなくここを使ったと思う。 You can learn systematically in a place that is sufficient to learn "minimum, what you need" when building a house.
