★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出す前に汚れが落ちるか相談したところ、落ちるし通常のドライクリーニングで可能、と返答があったため出しました。クリーニング後に受け取って家で確認すると汚れは落ちていませんでした。
すぐに他のクリーニング屋に持っていったところ、そもそもドライクリーニング不可の服で特殊な処理をしないと落ちない、ドライクリーニングすると服がダメになる可能性があると言われました。
下調べしてなかったこちらにも落ち度はあると思いますが、クリーニングのプロがタグを見てすぐわかることすら判断出来ないのはどうしてでしょうか。
また、落ちると言っていたのにも関わらず受け取り時に何も説明がないのは商売の姿勢としてあり得ないと思います。
全く信用に欠けるので今後利用はしません。
 When I consulted to see if the dirt could be removed before putting it out, I got a reply saying that it could be removed by normal dry cleaning. When I received it after cleaning and checked it at home, the dirt was not removed.
When I took it to another dry cleaner immediately, I was told that clothes that cannot be dry-cleaned would not come off without special treatment, and that dry-cleaning could damage the clothes.
I'm sure there are some mistakes here that I haven't done a preliminary survey, but why can't a cleaning professional even judge what they can tell immediately by looking at the tag?
Also, I don't think it's a business attitude that there is no explanation at the time of receipt even though it was said that it would fall.
I will not use it in the future because it lacks credibility at all.
