横	横浜太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日こちらの配達の方の車に嫌がらせをされました。発進妨害、ドアを勝手に開ける、写真を撮るなど。お店の方に電話し対応を求めたが店主らしき人物はそんな事しりませんみたいな感じ。しょうがないので警察を呼びました。警察官のおかげでその場はおさまりましたがその配達員は謝ることもなく逃げ去りました。こんな人たちが経営しているお店なので今後利用する事はないでしょう。 The other day, I was harassed by the car of this delivery person. 6	613 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日昼ごろ受け取りに行き、店は開いているが無人の状態で不在。店内のベルに「玄関のインターホンを鳴らしてください」とメモがあったので鳴らすも犬が吠えるだけで誰も出ず。 10分ほどコンビニで時間つぶして戻ってきたがまだ不在。インターホン鳴らし続けたらやっと出てきたが、勝手がよくわからない人らしく、どこかに電話して聞いたり、袋くださいと言ったら袋の金額がわからないと言ったり、袋代払おうとしたらお釣りが無いと家の中に取りに戻ったり散々だった。時間かかりすぎて買っていたアイスがドロドロに溶けた。そういえばその前に来た時も受け取れなかったし、最初にクリーニング出しに来た時も無人で待たされた。対応できないなら営業時間9-18時半って書かないでほしい。留守番置いとくなら対応できるようにしてほしい。それをしようともしないのは怠慢だと思う。安くない金額払ったのに汚れも落ちていなかった。この店に一般的な接客レベルは無い。 I went to pick it up around noon on weekdays, and although the store was open, I was absent in an unmanned state.
