K	Kobayashi Hideyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人4人で入りました。注文して飲み物はすぐに出てきました。その後、注文した食事の最初の4品は10分以内に出てきましたが、残りの注文した品は30分以上経っても全く出てきませんでした。キッチンに4人もいて、客数は11人。焼き物に時間がかかるのは、まだ大目にみれるけれど、唐揚げとか、焼き物以外の調理に何でそんなに時間がかかるのか。。。子供まで働いているのに、たったの客数11人でここまで料理が出てこない店に怒ると言うより呆れてしまいました。結局料理の殆どをキャンセルして(そのまま待っててもいつ出てくるかわからない) その店を出たけど、あまりにもお腹が空いていたので、近くの鉄板焼きの店に入りました。そこは夫婦お二人でやってる店でした。同じ4人で入って、お酒を頼み、もちろん食事もたのみました。調理をしてるのは旦那さん一人。全ての品が20分以内で出て来ました。その時点での客数は同じ11人。どうしてここまで差があるのか理解に苦しみます。長年やっていて、常連客に頼って常連客とのナアナアな関係で甘えてやっている店と、始めたばかりでお客さんをつかもうと必死でやっている店の違いです。店主さん。常連客が『まだ来てくれてる』って慢心してたら、あなたの店の未来は暗いよ。始めて来たお客に、次にまた来てもらう事を、もっと考えて欲しいけどね。カウンターからどれだけお客さんに料理が出てるかをきちんとみたほうがいいよ。ここまで気分を害して店を出たのは、殆どを記憶にないくらいです。それだけ、酷かったことを言いたい。 It came in with 4 adults.
